Great customer service skills RT, and Aman who works at front desk definitely knows how to do their job as well as make customers feel very welcome. As for the cleaning crew they're absolutely cheerful and brighten up the day I highly recommend this hotel as it's very quiet and peaceful at night and you can actually get rest.. Thanks Lone Star.

Nice stay, parking lot needs improvement, bad weather is cause and big trucks, but room was clean, stocked, everything worked, bathtub had to improvise by putting a washrag to take a bath, good location.
Friendly owners and shuttle driver. Rooms no thrill but have microwave and fridge. Clean but dated.. Quiet area for sleeping. United Grocery just up road and Churches Chicken (easy walking distance)
We were here for our granddaughter graduation and when we booked our room 5 months ago, we had no other choice, bc all hotels were booked, or over priced for the graduation. We took a chance and booked here. We are very much use to better hotels which cost way more money, but to our surprise the room was very clean, and clean smelling too. That’s all you need is a clean room with clean fresh sheets, floors and bathroom. We were impressed with all service. I would refer my friends . Great room for the price. Two nights stay for the price of one somewhere else.
What can I say that hasn't already been said? This is the place to go in Lubbock if you're looking for the best value for your money. Clean, comfortable rooms. No frills. You will not find a better value in Lubbock!
We were told that we were "staying in a rough area". But we had the best stay!! The rooms were very nice and clean. The price was also great. This will definitely be the place we book from now on!! The staff we encountered were all really nice and super helpful. It was a great experience!! And the "rough area" was wrong as well. We felt super safe.
Gave 4 stars only to start because internet ONLY works in front room and office and ice machine down for now at least. HOWEVER while staying few times I noticed rooms are pretty clean. Maintenance are nice to me and my husband office is too they let you have LITTLE extra time to pay if need as long as you pay most of it then. (Not always tho). I'll like a job here and continue keeping place clean hopefully but if not still will room here if not whenever need. I think tho $10 too much but every place has own price of course
